Burying Racism

Dear Burying Another Face of Racism on First Nation Soil - 

Standing in V Art Gallery, I saw you in the corner of my eye. There you were - giant and magnificent. I stood there admiring you, from different angles. 

The gallery had re-opened during phase 2 of Covid. Black Lives Matter and BC health system's Price is Right game of guessing Aboriginal alcohol content in ER - were all over the news.  

I hear you. 

Time to stand against systemic racism right here in Canada. With action. Not merely with reports, investigations and recommendations. Time to act - now.
